Schlotsky's is relocating and in the move will incorporate the new Corporate Image.

The move will take place next month and will be the first of 4 planned by owner Keith Reagan and his wife.

Jack in the Box to Unvail New Prototype

Odessa Enterprises Inc. will construct a new Jack in the Box facility in west El Paso featuring "Green Design".

The new Restaurant will feature numerous Green Design concepts from Photovoltaic Panels to Water Conservation techniques.

Ground breaking is set for Mid-September.

Paseo Mountain Plaza Nears Completion

Dr. Ron Care and wife Stephanie are set to open "Paseo Mountain Plaza" , the new home of their dental practice. The building will have a 1,346 s.f. retail space and a 413 s.f. loft space.

Arrow Building Corporation is the General Contractor.

The Design Team was headed up by Mike Smith, AIA with assistance from Lori Moulton, AIT and Bob Filarski, AIA. The design team included H.K. Ng Structural Engineers, EMC Consulting Engineers for MEP, Siteworks for Civil Engineering and Essential Landscaping.

Las Cruces to Get New Distribution Facility

Premier Distribution Company is planning to open a new 57,200 sq. ft. Office/Warehouse facility in 2010 following an early 2009 ground breaking.

The facility is planned on 11.23 acres on the West Mesa in far west Las Cruces, New Mexico. It will replace the existing facility allowing more storage and flexibility.

C.F. Jordan has been selected as the Contractor.

Alfa Pointe Retail Center Takes Shape

A new 22,800 square foot retail strip center is set to break ground in early 2008,

Alfa Pointe Center is planned on 2.26 acres in far west El Paso at the corner of Desert Blvd. East and Bentridge. It features two buildings that face the Franklin Mountains and over looks the Rio Grande Valley.

Contemporary in design, it is the flagship project of Developer Fred Marcus.
