A new Inter-City campus to replace a 60-year old campus. Built on two square city blocks the facility has 94,239 sq. ft. in a two-story structure. The facility has an Administrative Area \, Standard Classroms, Pre-K thru 2nd grade C/R with toilets, Library, Multi-purpose Room, Band Room, Art Room, Kitchen/Cafeteria, outdoor play fields and Bus/Parent dropoffs.

Aoy involved unique challenges that included assisting EPISD in vacating a City Streeet and obtaining a city residetial block thru eminent domain proceedings
